Title IX Progress Update

Dear Moody Family:

As you’ll recall, in November 2020, we announced an independent investigation by Grand River Solutions (GRS) that includes a comprehensive examination of Moody’s Title IX policies and procedures and Moody’s response to past reports of sexual misconduct. The following is a brief update to the progress made of this Title IX independent investigation.

• The fact-gathering phase of the investigation was recently concluded, and the GRS team is now reviewing the information shared for the purposes of developing a report and recommendations.
• We sincerely appreciate the information shared by those who participated in the investigation and continue to pray for all involved.

We will share more as information becomes available. In the meantime, please continue to pray for God’s hand in this process.
