Matching Donations

If you are associated with a company or organization that has a matching gift program, you may be able to double or even triple your gifts designated for Moody's ministries.

With a corporate matching program, employee gifts made to qualified non-profit organizations that meet the company's guidelines are matched with company or corporate foundation funds.

How it Works

Each company has different requirements and qualifications.

1. Contact your company's Human Resources office and request matching gift information including specific guidelines and a matching gift application form.
    
2. Complete the matching gift application form appropriately and send it with your gift to:

   Chicago, IL 60610

3. Upon receiving your gift and completed matching gift application form, your gift will be promptly processed and your employer will be notified of your charitable contribution.
