Reserve Request

This form is for requesting book, media and music materials to be placed on reserve. Books, media and music on reserve have a 3-hour circulation period. Reserved materials will need to be renewed for each semester they are in use.

Faculty members are responsible for uploading journal articles to Blackboard course pages. If assistance is needed, contact ITS.
